IMPROVISATION

THE GAME

Theatrical improvisation is training in listening to oneself in the present in order to access the imagination:

the origin of creativity.

Everyone has a rich inner potential of characters, stories and universes to interpret and recount.Through individual and group exercises and games, the collective imagination is evoked to create personal improvisations.

A journey between poetry and technique that playfully finds in the body the vehicle for exploration: from movement to words, text and character.

The method developed by Daniele Bianco stems from the style of the Accademia Dimitri, enriched by twenty years of experience as an actor, director and teacher.

VOICE

AN ADVENTURE BETWEEN TEXT AND SOUND

In this workshop, we will use exercises and improvisations inspired by theatre and singing techniques to get to know our voices, discover new nuances, play with words and find pleasure in speaking in front of an audience.

VALENTINA BIANDA

VALENTINA BIANDA approached theatre by attending evening classes at the Campo Teatrale acting school in Chiasso, Switzerland, and Milan, Italy. Discovering a passion for movement theatre, she took part in various dance theatre workshops held by choreographers such as Erica Giovannini, Cinzia de Lorenzi and Giorgio Rossi. Between 2005 and 2008, she worked as a student actress with Raul Iaiza of the Odin Teatret, Denmark, at the Teatro la Madrugada in Milan and, at the same time, obtained a three-year degree in Cultural Heritage Sciences at the University of Milan.

Since 2009, she has been attending the drama school of the European Theatre Institute in Berlin, where she obtained her diploma as an actress in 2012.

PHYSICAL THEATRE

DISCOVERING THE MOVEMENT

What do our feet tell us,

having already explored new paths?

Together we will go on excursions, trips, walks and tours through our bodies and encounter the different qualities and strengths hidden within them.

The treasure hunt is sure to be a success, because there is so much to discover.

During this weekend we will playfully explore different qualities of movement and immerse ourselves in a somatic sensory field.

We will experiment and connect with our bodily landscapes in a creative space, both guided and free.

LEA LECHLER

In 2014, she co-founded the Grande Giro company.

She works as an actress, choreographer, and teacher of physical theatre, somatic movement, and yoga in Switzerland and Germany.
